Since founding Badwa Capital (UAE) in 2015, Fawzi has advised blue-chip clients on M&A and other corporate finance transactions across sectors valued at more than $8 billion. Fawzi began his career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in New York, where he advised on M&A and financing transactions. He serves on the Advisory Council of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Fawzi earned his BA from Yale University and his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Omar is the Managing Partner at Wohabe Law Offices. He specializes in advising government, institutional, and private clients from the Arab Gulf on their investments and commercial transactions in the U.S. and internationally, with a focus on private equity, venture capital, and real estate. Earlier in his career, Omar was an Associate at Shearman & Sterling , where he advised on complex legal matters and distribution agreements for Gulf-based clients. He also assisted financial institutions in navigating regulatory approvals to operate in the Gulf. Omar holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.A. in Political Economy from Williams College.
Abdulaziz joined Badwa Capital (UAE) in 2018 and has advised on a range of M&A transactions across multiple sectors. Before joining Badwa, Abdulaziz was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he focused on advising private equity firms and institutional investors. He earned his BSc from MIT and his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Since joining Badwa Capital (UAE) in 2018, Talal has advised on a range of M&A and other corporate finance transactions across various sectors. Talal previously was with Watar Partners, a regional investment management firm, where he invested across multiple asset classes. He earned his BA from Yale University.
