Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 31 December 2025: Badwa Capital Company announces that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Alamar Foods Company in connection with Alamar’s acquisition of the Five Guys franchisee and operator in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Cravia Arabia).
The transaction supports Alamar’s strategy to expand its portfolio of leading food and beverage brands and further strengthen its presence in the QSR segment. The acquired business operates the Five Guys brand across Saudi Arabia, with a network of 13 restaurants nationwide and a well-established operating platform within the Kingdom.
