Ahmad joined Badwa Capital in June 2025, after 11 years at Moelis, where he advised leading public and private corporates, government‐related entities and family conglomerates on their capital solutions (IPO, capital structure optimization, debt restructuring) and M&A transactions. He holds a BA from the American University of Beirut and a Master’s from ESCP Business School.
